The On-Road Heavy-Duty Voucher Incentive Program (VIP) provides funding opportunities for fleet owners with 10 or fewer vehicles to quickly replace, their older heavy-duty diesel or alternative fuel vehicles (including zero-emission). Air Districts have the discretion to set certain local eligibility requirements based upon local priorities. Fleet owners may be eligible for funding to replace the existing vehicle(s) to be scrapped.
