The Training Section is responsible for promoting full compliance with air pollution regulations by providing understanding of control methods to reduce air pollution emissions in California. The program provides comprehensive training primarily to air quality regulators about (1) strategies and techniques for controlling emissions from stationary sources, (2) enforcing stationary source emissions regulations, and (3) evaluating visible emissions from any stationary source.
