$500 in Fines Paid by One Grand Product

One Grand Products, Inc. is a small, privately-owned business that manufactures car care products. One of the products, the One Grand Blitz Wax product contained concentrations of VOC that exceeded the 45 percent VOC limit for automotive hard paste waxes specified in the Consumer Products Regulation. After being unable to achieve a mutual settlement, the case was referred to the Office of Legal Affairs for resolution. On February 6, 2008, One Grand Products, Inc. settled the alleged violations for $500.
