Old Navy Case Settles for $3,000

Old Navy sold various reed diffuser type liquid air fresheners in California that complied with 18 percent by weight VOC limits for liquid/pump air fresheners in the Consumer Products Regulation.  However, Old Navy failed to submit an explanation of the date code annually as mandated in the Consumer Products Regulation.  The violations were settled on August 24, 2009 and Old Navy made a payment of $3,000.
