$12,000 in Fines Paid by O2 Sports Inc.

An investigation by the Mobile Source Enforcement Section determined that O2 Sports Inc. was selling off-highway recreational vehicles (OHRV) prior to being issued an Executive Order by the Air Resources Board (ARB). In addition, the vehicles were labeled as being certified for sale in California. Subsequently, many OHRV vehicles were sold to California customers over the Internet and through dealers. Since the settlement of this case, O2 Sports Inc. has received their 2007 Executive Orders. The case was settled on May 22, 2007.
