LMR Amendments Effective January 1, 2027
The California Air Resources Board (CARB) adopted amendments to the Landfill Methane Regulation, and the Office of Administrative Law approved the rulemaking. The amendments will be effective on January 1, 2027. Rulemaking documents are available on the LMR rulemaking webpage.
