No Spill, Inc. Case Settles for $150,000

In May 2019, No Spill, Inc. (No Spill) of Lenexa, Kansas, settled its case with the California Air Resources Board (CARB).  The case involved Portable Fuel Containers (PFC) that were discovered through CARB's Monitoring and Laboratory Division testing.  The model 1405-V6, 2.5 gallon PFCs were tested and failed to meet diurnal standards and were in violation of Title 13 of the California Code of Regulations Section 2467.  No Spill has agreed to pay approximately $3.15 per unit resulting in a total penalty amount of $150,000.  No Spill is now in compliance with the California regulation.
