SACRAMENTO – California Air Resources Board Chair Liane Randolph and Attorney General Rob Bonta will will testify tomorrow at a virtual hearing on the EPA’s proposed restoration of California’s waiver under the Clean Air Act for its greenhouse gas and zero emission vehicle program (SAFE I). The hearing will begin at 6am PT / 9am ET. Attorney General Bonta and CARB Chair Randolph are scheduled to testify at approximately 9am PT / 12pm ET.
