$3,000 in Fines Paid by Morgan Fuels

On August 30, 2004, Kinder Morgan advised ARB staff that three loads of premium gasoline had been underoxygenated at their Daggett terminal. The three service stations receiving the non-complying fuel were corrected and sampled to determine compliance. A settlement conference was held on February 8, 2007, at which the case was settled in principle for $3,000.
