CARB has verified Lubrizol's PuriNOx^TM for 1988 through 2003 model year diesel engines used in on-road applications. PuriNOx^TM is an emulsified diesel fuel which will achieve at least 50 percent reduction in PM and 15 percent reduction of NO_x. Please read the Executive Order for conditions for which PuriNOx^TM has been approved. Specific engine families that apply are listed in the attachment below.
