July 2016 Amendments	Extended recordkeeping requirements, established labeling, initial reporting, and annual reporting requirements.
October 2010 Amendments	Modified the limited hours of use provisions and broadened compliance extension flexibility.
Original Regulation	Regulation adopted to reduce emissions from existing fleets operating large spark-ignited engine powered equipment.
