On June 23, 2005, a settlement agreement was signed with Keune Haircosmetics USA, Inc. for selling
non-compliant hairspray into California. A payment of $2,000 was received for selling 258 containers, which resulted in approximately 0.03 tons of excess VOC emissions. The sample products were obtained at a beauty products store in Monrovia, California.
