Kenan Advantage Group, West LLC Case Settles for $4,500

On March 31, 2008 and on November 12, 2008, the Kenan Advantage Group, West, LLC (KAG) cargo truck drivers blended CARBOB with other fuel products.  This is a violation of the California Code of Regulation Title 13 Section 2266.5(f).  On October 15, 2009 the cases settled for $4,500.
