Karya Brothers Network, Inc Case Settles for $3,333

An investigation by the Mobile Source Enforcement Section determined that Karya Brothers Network Inc., dba Yamakoyo, of San Jose, California, was selling and offering for sale, uncertified small off-road engines installed in generators.  These generators did not have Air Resources Board certification, nor was the warranty provided to the customer from the original engine manufacturer.  The case was settled in March 2010 for $3,333.
