On July 10, 2007, CSL, LLC and their agent, Joseph Enterprises, Inc. settled a violation of the Consumer Products regulation for $16,000. Joseph Enterprises, Inc. sold CSL Ignite-O Firestarter Packets product in California but failed to get the charcoal lighter material certified by the Air Resources Board prior to the sale.
