Jorgen's Shine Shop Case Settles for $2,000

On May 26, 2009, Jorgen’s Shine Shop settled the alleged violations of the product dating requirements in the Consumer Products regulations for $2,000 after demonstrating extenuating circumstances.  Jorgen’s Shine Shop manufactured various auto car care products that complied with the VOC limits but failed to mark each product with a date of manufacture.
