Ilio Modern Air Fragrances Case Settles for $6,000

On May 22, 2009, Ilio Modern Air Fragrances™ settled a violation of the Consumer Products regulations for a payment of $6,000.  The company sold various reed diffuser products that contained concentrations of VOCs exceeding the 18 percent VOC limit for the “Air Freshener” category and did not display the date of manufacture.
