Henkel Case Settled in Principle - $4,250

On July 1, 2003, Henkel Corporation agreed to settle an alleged violation for $4,250 over the sale of non-complying Fa brand aerosol deodorants and antiperspirants in California. We also conducted an office conference with Cosmetic Import Marketing Group who had initially acted as an importer for the Fa products and who later distributed the non-complying products to retailers in California.
