On June 6, 2008, a case was settled with Graham Webb for selling approximately 2,711 containers of non-compliant Prive Styling Brilliance.  This product did not meet the VOC limit of 55 percent for Hair Shine.  The company paid $3,000 in penalties to settle the case.
