Ganz USA LLC. Case Settles for $5,250

On September 23, 2010, a case was settled with Ganz USA LLC., for selling non-compliant reed diffusers into California that were subject to the VOC limit for liquid/pump spray air fresheners, title 17, California Code of Regulations, section 94509(a).  The company was also cited for failure to annually report an explanation of their product code by January 31, of each year.  The case was settled after a payment of $5,250 was received.
