Expo Floors LLC Case Settles for $6,000

Between February 2013 and January 2014, EXPO, imported, distributed and offered for sale in California products which were in violation of the formaldehyde limits contained in ARB’s Composite Wood Regulation. This case was settled on September 19, 2017 for $6,000.00.
