The California Air Resources Board (CARB) invites you to the public workgroup meeting to discuss policy options for Clean Cars 4 All (CC4A) and Financing Assistance for Lower-Income Consumers Project (Financing Assistance). CC4A and Financing Assistance Project are part of a suite of CARB vehicle purchase incentive projects that, together with committed partners, are employing innovative solutions to bring the benefits of clean transportation to lower-income and disadvantaged communities that are most impacted by pollution.
The purpose of this workgroup meeting is to discuss policy options for these programs in advance of the joint solicitation for CC4A’s statewide expansionand Financing Assistance.
