- Welcome from Chanell Fletcher, CARB’s Deputy Executive Officer for Equity, Communities, and Environmental Justice, and acknowledgement of CARB participation.
- EJAC Co-Chairs to provide opening remarks, including ground rules, meeting agreements, and an agenda overview.
3. Bagley-Keene Open Meeting Act and Transparency Requirements
- CARB to discuss requirements for state bodies as a reminder from previous EJAC meeting guidance, including guidance on Senate Bill 544.
4. EJAC Report Out on Cap-and-Trade
- EJAC to conduct a general report out on the CARB Cap-and-Trade Regulation.

5. Community Member Speaker and CARB Presentation on the Low Carbon Fuel Standard (LCFS) 45-Day Package
- Community member to speak on the LCFS.
