Proposed Amendments to the Small Off-Road Engine Regulations: Transition to Zero Emissions
The Office of Administrative Law (OAL) has approved the rulemaking and filed with the Secretary of State. The amendments are effective is January 1, 2023.
The final rulemaking package was submitted to OAL on August 2, 2022. OAL has until September 15, 2022, to make a final determination.
