Carl Moyer Program: State Reserve
State Reserve funds are a portion of the Carl Moyer Memorial Air Quality Standards Attainment Program (Carl Moyer Program) funds that are set aside to provide monetary grants focusing on a specific project type(s). As a subset of the Carl Moyer Program, the State Reserve similarly provides funding for cleaner-than-required engines, equipment, and other sources of air pollution that have been determined to be in need.
