Aerogroup International, Inc. Case Settles for $9,650

Between June 2011 and January 2015, Aerogroup International, Inc. sold, supplied, and offered for sale “Aerosoles Water Repellent” subject to the VOC limit for Aerosol Footwear or Leather Care Product category, title 17, California Code of Regulations, section 945099(a).  This product contained concentrations of VOC’s exceeding the 75 percent by weight limit for the category. The sale of this products resulted in 0.48 tons of excess VOC emissions.  Aerogroup immediately stopped selling this product in California once informed the aforementioned product was noncompliant.  The case was settled on December 29, 2015 for $9,650.
