Divine Enterprises/Dedicated Fleet Services, Inc. Case Settles for $64,650
Divine Enterprises/Dedicated Fleet Services, Inc. will pay $64,650.00 in penalties for violating air quality regulations to the Air Pollution Control Fund. An agreement to settle this case was reached in October, 2017.
An investigation by the Air Resources Board (ARB) demonstrated that Divine Enterprises/Dedicated Fleet Services, Inc. failed to bring 13 of their heavy-duty diesel trucks and 16 of their transport refrigeration units (TRU) into compliance with the applicable in-use performance standards, and failed to provide disclosure language on bills of sale, sales contract addendums, or invoices for 42 trucks. ARB documented violations as they related to the Truck and Bus (TB) Regulation and the TRU Air Toxic Control Measure. To settle the case, DIVINE ENTERPRISES/DEDICATED FLEET SERVICES, INC. agreed to the $64,650.00 penalty and agreed to comply with TB, TRU, and other ARB programs.
