Deval Products LLC Case Settles for $3,000

On October 26, 2009, a case was settled with Deval Products LLC for Administrative Label Requirements on Simply Spray Upholstery Fabric Paint and Simply Spray Fabric paint.  The Aerosol Coating Product Emissions Regulation specifies that all Aerosol Coatings must clearly display the following information on each product: the applicable reactivity limit for the product, the aerosol coating category, and a date of manufacturing (or a code indicating such a date).  Deval Products LLC did not have the above requirements on the label of either product.  Deval Products LLC paid $3,000 to settle the case.
