Delicious Brands Case Settles for $5,000

On August 25, 2009, a case was settled with Delicious Brands for selling 6,223 units of Delicious Brands non-compliant reed diffusers into California from 2007 through 2008 subject to the 18 percent by weight VOC limit for liquid /pump spray air fresheners effective January 1, 1993.  The company was also cited for not clearly displaying on each product container the day, month, and year on which the product was manufactured or a code indicating such date.  Delicious Brands paid a settlement of $5,000 to settle the case.
