Crowley Technical Management, Inc. Case Settles for $2,500

Crowley Technical Management, Inc. has paid $2,500.00 in penalties to the Air Resources Board for violating air quality regulations. This settlement was reached on December 4, 2014. An investigation by the ARB showed that the Crowley Technical Management, Inc. vessel, Endurance, failed to operate on compliant distillate fuel upon entry into Regulated California Waters. Crowley Technical Management, Inc. took prompt action after being notified of these violations and under ARB’s supervision began operating in a compliant fashion. To settle the case, Crowley Technical Management, Inc. agreed to the $2,500.00 penalty and to comply with ARB regulations.
