Citori Inc. dba G&M Towing Case Settles for $9,000

In June 2014, G&M TOWING paid $9,000.00 in penalties for violating air quality regulations: $6,750.00 went to the California Air Pollution Control Fund, which provides funding for projects and research to improve California's air quality; $2,250.00 went to the Peralta Colleges Foundation to fund emission education classes conducted by participating California Community Colleges, under the California Council for Diesel Education and Technology program. 

An investigation by the Air Resources Board showed that G&M TOWING failed to bring their fleet in compliance with the Truck and Bus Regulation in 2013 and 2014. To settle the case, G&M TOWING agreed to the $9,000.00 penalty and to comply with the Truck and Bus Regulation.
