AB 617 requires that air districts prepare an annual report for each community emission reduction program (CERP). CARB’s Community Air Protection Blueprint 2.0 (Blueprint 2.0) describes the required content, public noticing, and timing of the annual reports, prepared by air districts. Many of these achievements and success stories are also available in our online Community Air Protection Progress Stories webpage.

CARB reviewed annual reports for 2025 submitted by air districts and released the Community Air Protection Program Annual Progress Report - July 2026. Based on the comments received, CARB staff will present the report to the CARB Board at the July 23, 2026 meeting.
