Consistently nominated AB 617 communities are areas that have been repeatedly recommended for inclusion in the Program by air districts, community-based organizations (CBOs), and community members since 2018. These nominations reflect ongoing community interest and support and help identify priority areas for air quality improvements. While CARB receives and tracks many of these recommendations, some nominations may also be submitted directly to air districts without being reported to CARB.
