$1,000 in Fines Paid by Calico Petroleum

As part of an ongoing investigation into illegal diesel fuel deliveries in Southern California, on October 20, 2004, high sulfur diesel was found at the Calico Petroleum truck stop in Long Beach. The case has been settled for $1,000 and closed in September in 2007.
