Brothers Research Corporation Case Settles for $4,000

In 2006, Brothers Research Corporation, manufacturers of the Duragloss product line, supplied and offered for sale in California several automotive polishes and waxes subject to the Consumer Products Regulations.  None of the products displayed on the container the day, month, and year on which the product was manufactured, nor a code indicating such date as required in Section 94512(b) of the regulations.  The case was settled on October 28, 2009 for $4,000.
