The Board of Trustees of the California State University, San Jose Case Settles for $30,000.00

In its greenhouse gas emissions data report for the year 2011, the University omitted minor emissions sources, in violation of the Regulation for the Mandatory Reporting of Greenhouse Gas Emissions, California Code of Regulations, title 17, section 95100 et seq. The University cooperated with ARB, providing records that allowed the calculations to be corrected. To resolve the matter, the University agreed to update its Greenhouse Gas Monitoring Plan, and to pay a penalty of $30,000.
