First Public Workshop on Advanced Clean Fleets Regulation: On May 2 via remote access, CARB will hold the first public workshop on draft regulatory language for the Advanced Clean Fleets (ACF) Regulation with a focus on high-priority and federal fleets. CARB staff will also discuss the proposed ACF regulation and the strategy to achieve a zero-emission truck and bus fleet by 2045.
Public Work Group Meeting on Clean Vehicle Rebate Project: On May 2 via remote access, CARB will host a work group meeting to discuss the Clean Vehicle Rebate Project (CVRP) for Fiscal Year (FY) 2022-23. Discussions will include possible changes to the three-year plan for CVRP, funding projections, and an update on the program.
Public Work Group Meeting on FY 2022-23 Clean Track and Bus Voucher Incentive Project: On May 3 via remote access, CARB staff will hold a public work group meeting to discuss possible policy changes to the Clean Truck and Bus Voucher Incentive Project that may be included in the FY 2022-23 Funding Plan for Clean Transportation Incentives.

CARB staff will also discuss the proposed ACF regulation and the strategy to achieve a zero-emission truck and bus fleet by 2045.
Public Work Group Meeting on the Truck Loan Assistance Program and Proposed Zero Emission Loan Pilot: On May 4 via remote access, a public work group meeting will be held to seek stakeholder input on the Truck Loan Assistance Program and the new Proposed Zero Mission Loan Pilot for the upcoming FY 2022-23 Funding Plan for Clean Transportation Incentives.
Training Webinar on In-Use Off-Road Diesel Vehicle Regulation: On May 5 via remote access, CARB will host a training webinar on the In-Use Off-Road Diesel Vehicle Regulation (Off-Road Regulation). This course will provide detailed information to fleet owners on the Off-Road Regulation and the importance of compliance. The goal of the Off-Road Regulation is to reduce NOx emissions and requires fleet owners to label their off-road vehicles and reduce emissions from their older equipment. This course will cover the applicability of the Off-Road Regulation, current requirements, future compliance deadlines, and an overview of the Diesel Off-Road Online Reporting System.
Third Public Workshop on Clean Fleets Regulation: On May 6 via remote access, CARB will hold the third and final public workshop on draft regulatory language for the Advanced Clean Fleets (ACF) Regulation with a focus on proposed requirements for drayage trucks. CARB staff will also discuss the proposed ACF regulation and the strategy to achieve a zero-emission truck and bus fleet by 2045.
