Advanced Clean Fleets Truck Regulation Implementation Group Meeting: On March 25 via remote access, CARB will host a public meeting of the Advanced Clean Fleets (ACF) Truck Regulation Implementation Group (TRIG) to discuss outreach. CARB adopted the ACF Regulation on April 28, 2023, and it became effective on October 1, 2023. A recording of recent TRIG meetings is available on the ACF Meetings and Events webpage. The public will have the opportunity to comment and ask questions.
Advanced Clean Fleets Regulation Amendments Workshop: On March 25 in Sacramento and via remote access, CARB will host a public workshop to discuss proposed targeted amendments to the Advanced Clean Fleets (ACF) Regulation in order to implement the requirements of Assembly Bill 1594. The meeting will be recorded and made available on the ACF Meetings and Events webpage. Staff will solicit feedback from interested stakeholders including utility fleet owners.
Public Workgroup on the Fiscal Year 2023-24 Clean Truck and Bus Voucher Incentive Project: On March 26 via remote access, CARB will host a public workgroup on implementation of Fiscal Year (FY) 2023-24 policy for the Hybrid and Zero-Emission Truck and Bus Voucher Incentive Project (HVIP) from the Board-approved FY 2023-24 Funding Plan for Clean Transportation Incentives. The meeting will focus on background information, objectives, funding, the implementation timeline, updates to definitions and other policy changes, as well as a question-and-answer session.
Clean Off-Road Equipment Voucher Incentive Project Implementation Workgroup: On March 27 via remote access, CARB will host a public workgroup on the implementation of the Clean Off-Road Equipment Voucher Incentive Project (CORE), including policies approved by the Board in the Fiscal Year 2023-24 Funding Plan for Clean Transportation Incentives (Funding Plan). Each year, staff conducts workgroups as part of the public process following Board approval of the Funding Plan.
