Air Toxics Regulatory Process and Community Input Virtual Listening Session: On April 27 via remote access, CARB’s Air Toxics Program staff will give an overview on the regulatory process followed by an informal listening session that will provide members of the public an opportunity to share concerns, experiences, and suggestions. CARB’s Air Toxic Program aims to reduce exposures to air emissions of toxic chemicals for all Californians. The goal of this event is to ensure all voices are heard as CARB works to reduce community exposure to air toxics and to encourage public participation in the regulatory process.
Training Webinar on Diesel Truck Rules: On April 29 via webcast, CARB staff will provide an overview to participants on CARB diesel regulations, compliance, and reporting at the CARB Diesel Truck Rules at a training webinar. Owners, operators, and dispatchers for heavy-duty diesel trucks in California are encouraged to attend to learn how to legally operate diesel trucks in the state. The course will also cover recent changes and updates to existing laws and regulations.
