$3,000 in fines paid by Big Time Products

In 2006, Big Time Products, L.L.C. supplied and offered for sale in California, Stop Wax Instant Shine and Stop Wax Synthetic Polymer Auto Wash subject to the Consumer Products Regulation. While the products complied with the VOC limits, neither product clearly displayed on the container the day, month, and year on which the product was manufactured, nor a code indicating such date as required in section 94512(b) of the regulations. The case was settled on August 16, 2007 for $3,000.
