On December 16, 2008, a case was settled with Beautopia, LLC for non-compliant Hair Mousses manufactured for sale in California.  The Consumer Products Regulation specifies that all Hair Mousses sold in California must meet the six percent by weight VOC limit.  Beautopia, LLC paid $5,000 to settle the case.
