$5,000 in Fines Paid by Beaumont Products

On September 25, 2008, Beaumont Products settled violations of the administrative requirements of the Consumer Products regulations for $5,000 in lieu of litigation.  Beaumont Products manufactured the Citrus Magic Bug and Tar Remover, the Citrus Scent Citrus Blend Odor Eliminating Air Freshener, and the Citrus Scent Orange Vanilla Swirl Odor Eliminating Air Freshener products.  Although all of the products met the VOC standard, none of the products were marked with a date of manufacture.
