$8,000 in Fines Paid by Barjan LLC

On January 26, 2007, Barjan LLC settled the alleged violations in the Notice of Violation for $8,000. Barjan LLC sold non-compliant Blitz USA Inc. Self-Venting 1+ gas cans that did not meet the Performance Standards and Administrative Requirements in the Portable Fuel Containers and Spouts Regulation.
