Auto Tech Manufacturing, LLC Case Settles for $3,000

Auto Tech Manufacturing, LLC settled an alleged violation for penalty payment of $3,000.  Auto Tech Manufacturing LLC manufactured Auto Tech Aluma-1™ Scratch-Free Metal Polish product.  While our laboratory verified that the product met the 30 percent VOC standard for the “Metal Polish/Cleanser” category, the product did not display the date of manufacture which is a violation to the Consumer Products Regulation.
