APL Eagle Marine Services Case Settles for $35,625

In 2008, APL Eagle Marine Services facilities were inspected by SEIES staff for compliance with the Cargo Handling Equipment regulation (CCR Title 13, §2479).  Reporting violations were documented on May 8, 2008 at the Port of LA, and August 25, 2008 at the Port of Oakland.  ARB reached settlement with APL on September 14, 2009 for a total of $35,625.  A press release was issued by ARB on September 21, 2009.
