American Integrated Services, Inc. Case Settles for $2,000
American Integrated Services, Inc. will pay $2,000.00 in penalties for violating air quality regulations: $2,000.00 will go to the Air Pollution Control Fund, which provides funding for projects and research to improve California's air quality. This settlement was reached in July 2017.
An investigation by the Air Resources Board (ARB) showed that American Integrated Services, Inc. failed to report all vehicles with engines subject to the regulation for which the fleet owner has elected to utilize the compliance options of the Truck and Bus (TB) Regulation. ARB documented violations as they related to the TB Regulation. To settle the case, American Integrated Services, Inc. agreed to the $2,000.00 penalty and to comply with PSIP, TB, and other ARB programs.
