$8,060 in Fines Paid by Airport Auto Broker

During our ongoing investigation into the sale and use of non-California certified on-road motorcycles, staff for the Mobile Source Enforcement Section discovered that Airport Auto Brokers, located in Lakeport, California, offered for sale and sold to California residents illegal non-California-certified Ricardo on-road scooters.  This is a violation of H&SC Sections 43150 through 43153.  Airport Auto Brokers paid into the Air Pollution Control Fund $8,060 in May 2008 to settle the violations.
