$60,000 in Fines Paid by Aim-Ex Industry Inc.

An investigation by the Mobile Source Enforcement Section determined that Aim-Ex Industry Inc., of City of Industry, California, was selling and offering for sale, off-highway recreational vehicles (OHRV) prior to being issued an Executive Order by the Air Resources Board (ARB). In addition, the vehicles were labeled as being certified for sale in California. Since then Aim-Ex Industry Inc. has received their 2007 Executive Orders. The case was settled on June 5, 2007 for $60,000.
