In 2006, William H. Harvey Company supplied and offered for sale in California, Ace Tub & Tile Caulk 4004 White subject to the Consumer Products Regulation. The Ace Tub & Tile Caulk did not clearly display on the container the day, month, and year on which the product was manufactured, or a code indicating such date as required in section 94512 (b) Administrative Requirements (b) Product Dating. The company also self reported additional products that may have been in violation of product dating requirements. The case was settled on May 24, 2007 for $2,500.
