Warner Enterprises, Inc. Settlement
$1,000 in Fines Paid by Warner Enterprises, Inc.
An investigation by ARB showed that Warner Enterprises, Inc., failed to properly self-inspect their diesel fleet to insure the trucks met state smoke emission standards. ARB documented violations as they related to the Periodic Smoke Inspection Program (PSIP). To settle this case, Warner Enterprises, Inc., of Redding, agreed to pay the $1,000 penalty and to comply with the Periodic Smoke Inspection Program and other ARB regulations. Of this penalty Peralta Community College will receive $250 to help support the California Council on Diesel Technology (CCDET). This settlement was reached on October 14, 2008.
